Waited 40 minutes past my appointment. Work was fine, the wait wasn't.

Response from the owner

Dana, you're right, forty minutes is too long and we're sorry. We've changed how we book mornings so it doesn't repeat. Thank you for telling us.

The request your customer gets

A short text and an email, sent the same day, to every customer, with one link to your Google profile. No forms, no filtering.

New customers decide before they ever call.

Your Google profile and your reviews are the first thing a new customer sees. For most local businesses it is the front door, and nobody is standing at it.

  1. 1
    Happy customers are never asked

Most businesses ask for a review when someone remembers. Someone rarely remembers. Unhappy customers need no reminder.

  2. 2
Unanswered reviews read as "nobody's home"

A two-star review with no reply is the last thing a new customer sees before choosing the business next door.

  3. 3
    The profile goes stale

No posts since spring, old photos, an unanswered question, wrong holiday hours. It looks closed even when you're busy.

  4. 4
    Nobody has the hour

You and your team are already doing two jobs each. Reputation is a third one, and it never gets done.

15 minutes on the phone, then you decide

Tell us how reviews come in today. We look at your profile before the call and tell you plainly whether this is worth it for you.

Who handles your reviews today?

One call, no obligation.

You run the business. We run the reputation.

01Reviews

  • Every customer asked for a review, same day
  • Every review answered, critical ones by a person
  • Watched daily; you hear about a bad review from us first

02Google Business Profile

  • Two posts a week
  • Photos, Q&A and hours kept current
  • Categories, services and description set up properly
  • Listed correctly on 70+ sites

03Reporting

  • One-page report every month
  • How you compare with businesses nearby
  • Your own success manager

How it starts

Nothing at your business changes. Your phone stays your phone, your software stays your software.

  1. 15 minutes on the phone

You tell us how reviews come in today. We've already looked at your profile and tell you what we'd do first.

  2. One click from you

You add Stirpio as a manager on your Google Business Profile. That's the only access we need.

  3. Week one

Profile fixed, posting and review replies begin, email requests start. Text messaging in the US needs carrier approval, which takes one to four weeks; we file it for you.

  4. Month two onward

Your first full report. From here, every month has to earn the next one.

Meet the founder

I started Stirpio so small businesses could have the online presence their work deserves. That's why I read every customer's report myself before it goes out, and work on improvements with the team every day.

Questions owners ask

Is this allowed under Google's rules?

Yes, because of what we don't do. No filtering customers before asking, no incentives, no quotas, no asking under an employee's name. Every customer gets the same request. That's what Google's policy requires, and it's also why the reviews stay up.

Do you write fake reviews?

No. We ask your real customers, once, the same way. Fake reviews get profiles suspended.

What happens with a bad review?

A person writes the reply the same day, calm and specific, and you get a copy with what the customer said. If there's something to fix inside the business, you know that day.

Which platforms do you cover?

Google Business Profile is the core: it's where local customers look and where the work pays off. If your business also collects reviews on Facebook, those get answered too.

What do you need from us?

Two things. Manager access to your Google Business Profile (one click), and a way to know who your customers were each day. For most businesses that's a two-minute habit at closing or an export from the software you already use.

Do you replace our marketing agency?

No. Your agency runs your ads and your website. We run your reviews and your Google profile, and we're happy to share the monthly report with them.

Who is Stirpio?

Stirpio is a German company working with local businesses in the United States. Google Business Profile works the same in Atlanta as in Aachen, and all of the work happens online. Billing is in US dollars.

Can we cancel?

Any month, one email. No contract, no notice period, no exit fee. Your profile and every review stay yours; we remove ourselves as manager.
