In short
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Fonts and scripts are served from our own hosting; nothing is loaded from third-party ad or font networks. We process personal data only where it is technically necessary to serve the page, or where you send it to us yourself through the call request form or by email.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, Vercel processes technically necessary data (including your IP address, date and time of access, and the requested URL) in server logs to deliver the site securely. Legal basis under EU law: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the site). See the Vercel Privacy Policy.
Call request form
If you use the form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number and/or email address, your business name or website if you provide it, your answer to "who handles your reviews today", the page you sent it from, and a record of your consent (the consent text shown, and the time you ticked the box). We use this only to contact you about your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and your consent. The form is delivered to us as an email through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA); Resend processes the message content for delivery. We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and, if no business relationship follows, delete them within 12 months.
Calls, texts and emails
By ticking the box on the form you agree that Stirpio may call, text or email you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw this consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, or send us an email. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before.
Email contact
If you email us, we process your message and contact details to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority; for us that is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen. Residents of US states with privacy laws (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas) have comparable rights to access, correct and delete their data and to opt out of sale or sharing; we do not sell or share personal data for advertising.
